Refund Policy

Food Collection has made the refund process relaxed and easy for our valuable customers. Our refund timelines are as follows:

  • Refund timeline for MFS: up to 10 Days.
  • Refund timeline for bank transfer (card): up to 10 Days.
  • Refund timeline for partial Food Collection payment: up to 10 Days.

Please don’t be concerned; if the status is “Refunded”, it means that the refunded amount is now with your account and is in the final processing stage. Even though for your guarantee, you may call the Food Collection customer service number at 09613660566.

NOTE: Weekly and government holidays are not considered within these timelines.

Online payment orders: Only if the restaurant has not yet accepted your order do you have the right to a refund. You acknowledge that if you cancel your order after the restaurant has accepted it, you won't receive a refund (in full or in part) and you will lose the delivery of your cancelled order.

 

Cash-on-Delivery Orders: Orders placed using cash-on-delivery have the option to be cancelled only if the restaurant has not yet accepted them. If you decide to cancel your order after the restaurant has accepted it, you understand that you may lose the option to pay with cash-on-delivery for future orders as well as that you may be charged for the cancelled order's delivery.
